Challenge
Super-Pharm is one of the biggest drugstore and pharmacy chains in Poland, offering a wide range of products – from medical products to baby accessories. Our task was to combine two sales platforms into one friendly, intuitive place for the customer. Attractive, useful and with a clear purchasing process. And it was not an easy task!
Our approach
We invited customers to a completely new world of Super-Pharm. We designed and implemented a new version of the sales service – responding to the customer’s needs and leading them by the hand from the purchase decision to payment approval. The new platform has a clear division into e-drugstore, e-pharmacy and Lifestyle Club – combining them at the same time thanks to the intuitive operation, friendly architecture and simple yet attractive design.
The priority in the project were the assumptions developed after a series of analyses and Discovery workshops with the client and the development team. We conducted a UX audit and designed the structure of the site. Our UX team created an original idea of the store’s appearance, taking into account the necessary details, e.g. legal assumptions when displaying medical products and specific formats of product cards. In case of cosmetics or pharmacy products, they have a large amount of information, shades, photos.
Exorigo-Upos team was the author of the technological layer and responsible for the whole implementation.
