Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE) is a company that makes sure that we can enjoy the heat and energy in our homes every day. GoldenSubmarine’s task was to showcase PGE’s multi-segment activity and strengthen the brand’s image in the eyes of the Polish public. We invite you to read more and… we send you warm greetings!

The Challenge
The PGE Capital Group is one of the most important enterprises in the power sector in Poland. Thanks to its resources, energy production capabilities, and extensive distribution network, the company guarantees safe and stable deliveries of electricity and heat to millions of people across the country. Strikingly, many of them aren’t even aware of that!
In the rush of everyday life, most Poles don’t think about, how the energy system works — they associate energy mostly with electricity. We wanted to challenge that and show the audience that PGE’s is more than meets the eye. We aimed to show that this Polish company consistently ensures reliable energy supply and warmth in Polish homes. That it’s dynamically developing renewable energy sources, and finally — that it supports the operation of railway transportation. And we packed all of that into one heart warming, very put togheter image campaign!
The Solution
So much meaningful content in one ad? Whew… it had to be shown really well. So despite the hot topic, we kept it cool. When designing the campaign, we focused on delivering a clear and understandable message to everyone. We strongly emphasized emotional engagement and built a bond with the audience. And, of course, we made sure the visuals were truly top-notch!
As part of the campaign “Warmth and Energy Every Day”, we created a dynamic 45-second brand spot. The footage was shot in several locations across Poland and tied together with a narrative twist — a casual, friendly conversation between the main character and an off-screen narrator. The spot was enhanced with smooth editing and animation effects. Some scenes were particularly challenging, such as those shot at a modern heating plant.
The main spot became the conceptual launchpad for other formats and shorter cuts, which were distributed both offline and online. Our campaign for PGE reached national TV channels, web portals, cinema screens, and the pages of popular newspapers. Creative animations also appeared on DOOH displays and various social media platforms. Oh, campaigns like this really make our hearts feel… How? Warm! 😊
