If something important happens, it is crucial to react fast and be flexible when adjusting to new reallity. In the times of the pandemic, Citi Handlowy bank proves it not only keeps its finger on the financial pulse, but also provides its clients with helpful solutions.
Challenge
As a part of the Citi Specials program, Citi Handlowy supports its clients in pursuing their passions and following their innermost dreams. In a difficult situation, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, it offers helpful advice and information about safe banking, modern banking solutions, as well as on-line banking.
Our approach
We created a key visual which was consistent with brand’s graphics, we also prepared an awareness-raising campaign on Facebook, named “Safe banking with Citi Handlowy”. Facebook users were redirected to a dedicated website. The campaign’s main goal was to encourage clients to #stayathome and use solutions which help to run errands on-line. Whether it is a loan application, creating a new banking account or shopping – it can be done without the need of going outside: through the mobile/online devices.
