The Croatian Fero-Term company is a regional leader in interior design. GoldenGrid, a UX/UI agency operating under GoldenSubmarine, has designed a new e-commerce for Fero-Term, dedicated to Croatian and Slovenian markets.
Challenge
Fero-Term offers e.g. ceramic and gres tiles, armature, radiators, air conditioners and solar installations. It is a company with a huge reach, with 22 shopping centres in the country. Our task was to design a website that would be a response to the customer’s needs – shopping, as well as information and inspiration.
Our approach
As a first step we carried out a discovery stage with the client. This allowed us to gather solid tools for the next stages of our work. Based on the client’s needs, we have defined functions and solutions, which we then implemented so that the user navigating through the website can freely explore the store’s offer.
This way we have created brand communication platform, that builds contact with the customer and is rich with inspiring content. We have designed a new information architecture, as well as proposed an original graphic style and aesthetics of the website, tailored to the needs of the recipients.
We have built a website in a way that with a few clicks user can receive a ready-made, interactive arrangement of the room or use the recommended products. We have also included inspiring materials from the blog, expanding knowledge on topics related to the positions of the offer viewed by the user. All this to make navigating on the website a positive experience for the users.
